Ways to Support
The Seminary has a variety of programs through which you can materially assist this vital ministry. Your gifts directly support the training of the next generation of ministers of the Gospel.
Here are four ways you can help:
1. Planned Giving
Earn a large tax deduction and receive a guaranteed income for life by taking advantage of City Seminary's annuity program. If you would like more information, please send us an email, or call (916) 451-4168.
2. “Mission to the City” Scholarship Fund
The "Mission to the City" scholarship fund has been established to help the churches of the Sacramento region focus on reaching the lost in our own community by "thoroughly furnishing" men of God to the preaching ministry. The scholarships are awarded to ministry students who agree to remain under the authority of their local church, are residents of the Sacramento region, and are open to a call to the preaching ministry, upon graduation, in the Sacramento area. If you wish, you may make a direct contribution to the "Mission to the City" scholarship fund online.
3. Golf Tournament
The Seminary also has several fundraising events that support the "Mission to the City" scholarship fund, including our annual golf tournament.
4. General Fund
We also are delighted to receive unrestricted donations. Cash donations should be made payable to City Seminary of Sacramento, and mailed to 2020 16th Ave., Sacramento, CA 95822.
