Application for Admission
All those seeking to attend City Seminary must complete this application form. Should you wish to enter a degree program, you will subsequently be asked to complete a separate "Degree Program" application; however, it is not necessary to declare a major or degree program in one's first year. Upon acceptance into City Seminary, the prospective student must also complete a registration form for the classes they wish to attend.
A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required.
Note: Financial assistance is available for all qualified students. If you indicate an interest in receiving tuition scholarship assistance, a Financial Aid Officer will contact you.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
City Seminary embraces the essential doctrines of the historic Protestant Christian faith as confessed in the Heidelberg Catechism (1563 A.D). Students may hold to a different doctrinal standard, provided they confess the following, without reservation:
The authority, infallibility and inerrancy of Scripture
The Trinity
The full deity and humanity of Christ
The fallen nature of man
The substitutionary atonement and bodily resurrection of Christ
Salvation by faith alone in Christ alone
The future, physical return of Jesus Christ
