City Seminary of Sacramento is a school of theology at the graduate level, operating under the auspices of Covenant Reformed Church of Sacramento, a member congregation of the Reformed Church in the United States (first congregation was established in 1710).

City Seminary is currently seeking accreditation through an accreditation agency approved by the United States Department of Education that operates on distinctively Christian principles. The Seminary will not seek accreditation from governmental secular boards or agencies, since such accreditation programs invariably require conformity to unbiblical standards of instruction, operation, or philosophy.
